BANANA BELL LARGE

These traditional bells, known locally as atoke, are made in Togo and Ghana by the local blacksmiths using hand bellows and rudimentary forges. These banana bells are very popular with drummers who often attach them to their dun dun drums during performances or at drum circles. This bell is held in the palm and played with an iron beater (included).
