Superbly crafted, high quality hand carved djembe drum from Accra, Ghana. Dimensions : 12.5" goatskin raised playing area x 24" cedar wood shell. This drum produces a superb resonant bass sound with great sharp slap and tone. I have tuned it myself with Mali weaving and there is extra rope for further adjustments if need be.... Beautiful drum, it has Adinkra symbols on either side of the stained wooden shell.
